Cancellation Policy:

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact our customer support team via Phone or email to initiate the cancellation process. Once the cancellation request is received and verified, we will proceed with canceling the order and initiating the refund process. Please note that orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. In such cases, please refer to our refund policy.

Refund Policy:

For order cancellations, please note that only unopened orders are eligible for a price refund. If you open an order that is otherwise undamaged, we can either cancel the order or offer you a refund. If the returned items do not meet the above criteria, we reserve the right to reject the refund request or provide a partial refund based on the condition of the returned items. In case of damaged or defective products received, please notify us immediately upon delivery. We may request photographic evidence or request you to return the items for inspection before processing the refund.
